Vanilla Rice Cake


Vanilla Rice Cake:

To prepare rice cake we need the following ingredients,

Rice flour- 2 cups
Sugar-1 cup
Baking powder-1 tspn
Baking soda-1/2 tspn
Salt-1 pinch
Curd-1/2 cup
Refined sunflower oil- 1/4 cup
Milk -3/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tspn

Steps to follow:
1. Sieve and add all the dry ingredients together. Mix it well. 

2. Add all the liquid items and mix well using wire whisk or a blender.

3. Grease the cake tin.

4. Pour the cake mix.

5. Decorate as desired using some raisins or tutty fruity.

6. Preheat the oven 200 degree for 15 min.

7. Place the cake in oven and set in convection mode for 25-30 minutes at 200 degree.

To check whether cake is fully cooked or not, stick a toothpick inside the cake. If it came out clean, then the cake is baked well.

Transfer the cake to a serving plate and let it cool for a while before slicing.😋
